Oral and maxillofacial radiology residency programs

Selected candidates will be invited to interview. This program does not participate in the Postdoctoral Dental Matching Service. Accepted candidates are notified by telephone. A letter of acceptance signed by the Program Director and Associate Dean for Academic Programs and Personnel will be issued upon acceptance. The Commission is a specialized accrediting body recognized by the United States Department of Education.

For matriculation, the following documents must be on file with the University of Florida College of Dentistry Office of Admissions:. Undergraduate school transcripts from all undergraduate institutions attended Unofficial undergraduate transcripts are sufficient at time of application.

Original official undergraduate transcripts in an envelope sealed by the institution are required for matriculation. Additional Requirements for Internationally-Educated Dentists In addition to completing the application requirements listed above, Internationally-Educated Dentists are required to submit additional documentation in order to be eligible for admission. Please be aware that it can take up to four weeks. Within two weeks of receiving your complete PASS application, the Office of Admissions will send you a confirmation via email.

After processing your complete PASS application, which can take an additional two weeks, the Office of Admissions will send you an email outlining your current application status and any remaining actions you need to take in order to complete your application. Complete applications will be forwarded to the program director on a rolling basis.

Applicants with incomplete applications will not be eligible for admission. Interview Procedure Selected candidates are required to participate in an interview at the College of Dentistry in Gainesville, Florida. Our students participate in rotations in hospital medical radiology, the graduate dental radiology clinic and tumor board.
