Repair permissions windows 7 registry

Doing this for Windows 7 though, it appears to fix nothing at all. Same errors still are there. My question is, is there a registry repair script much the same as Subinacl for XP but for 7 that resets all permissions to the registry? Thanks in advance! I've confirmed that this program actually works on a Windows 7 box to reset permissions opposed to using subinacl. This has worked for 2 different applications on 2 different systems I was having problems on.
